Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Brazil is seeking an SAP SD/OTC Consultant to join our SAP enablement team. The role focuses on SAP Logistics Execution and LE-TRA, with emphasis on Brazil localization and NFe compliance.

You will work on blueprinting, customization, testing, and training, ensuring seamless integration with external systems and tax portals. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP Supply Chain (OTC/SD) and a track record in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including upgrades

Qualificações

• Functional experience with SAP SD and SAP LES-TRA.
• Experience with integration with other applications.
• Experience with SAP upgrade, implementation, and rollout projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain focused on OTC (SD) and LES modules.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, including delivery aligned to cost, timeline, and quality.
• Functional expertise in SAP OTC (SD).
• Brazilian SAP Localization knowledge.
• Knowledge of NFe processes.
• Experience with enhancements to Sales processes.
• Experience/knowledge with SAP DRC outbound.

Responsabilidades

• Perform SAP customizing and configuration activities.
• Provide SAP Notes support to Basis and ABAP teams.
• Execute unit testing and support UAT.
• Manage transition of requirements to customer stakeholders and train key users.
• Provide hypercare and stabilization support.
• Resolve SAP issues reported by business users and deliver enhancements.
• Ensure accurate integration of SAP DRC with external systems and tax portals.

In this role you will

• Facilitate implementation and support of solutions within SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Transportation Management (LE‑TRA) modules to enhance business functionality and overall performance while ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Work on Blueprint requirements and back‑to‑standard initiatives for SAP Localization topics in Brazil.
• Perform SAP customizing and configuration activities.
• Provide SAP Notes support to Basis and ABAP teams.
• Execute unit testing and support business and user acceptance testing.
• Manage transition of requirements to customer stakeholders and provide training to key users.
• Provide hypercare and stabilization support.
• Resolve SAP issues reported by business users and deliver enhancements and upgrade‑related changes.
• Customize and optimize SAP DRC solutions to ensure seamless electronic invoicing (NF‑e) compliance in Brazil.
• Ensure accurate integration of SAP DRC with external systems, including government tax portals and legacy systems.
• Provide subject matter expertise on local tax regulations and compliance requirements for e‑invoicing.
• Complete tasks assigned by team lead and project manager.
• Review solutions designed by team members and propose improvements.
• Proactively work with business users to identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Act as owner of certain niche processes within the broader domain area.
• Understand business processes from a client’s point of view.

Mandatory Skills

• Functional experience with SAP SD and SAP LES‑TRA.
• Experience with integration with other applications.
• Experience with SAP upgrade, implementation, and rollout projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain focused on OTC (SD) and LES modules.
• Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, including delivery aligned to cost, timeline, and quality.
