Partner Company in Brazil seeks a Mid-Level/Senior SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to lead end-to-end Performance & Goals management implementations. You will translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions, oversee blueprint, design, configuration, and testing, and support post-launch adoption with training and change management.

This is a fully remote, long-term contractor role. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment with policies and SAP best practices,

Competenze

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors PMGM in implementations or rollouts.
• Strong PMGM configuration knowledge: cycles, templates, sections, forms, workflows, business rules.
• Experience gathering requirements and designing performance management and goal-setting processes.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end PMGM implementation and rollout projects from blueprint through go-live and hypercare.
• Conduct workshops with HR/IT to map AS-IS and TO-BE processes for performance management and goals.
• Develop functional designs and document mappings, rules, and workflows.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-Level/Senior SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and rollout projects focused on Performance & Goals management. In this role, you will help organizations optimize performance evaluation and goal-setting processes by translating business requirements into effective, scalable SAP solutions. You will oversee key project phases, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support. Working closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and technical teams, you will ensure solutions align with organizational policies and SAP best practices. You will also support user adoption through documentation, training, and change management activities. This is a fully remote, long-term contractor opportunity for a professional who combines strong functional expertise, analytical thinking, and collaborative project delivery skills.

Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) implementation and rollout projects, from blueprint and requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.


• Conduct workshops with HR and IT stakeholders to assess current processes (AS-IS), define future-state requirements (TO-BE), and design performance evaluation and goal-management workflows.


• Develop functional solution designs and maintain documentation covering process mappings, business rules, decisions, and performance cycle workflows.


• Configure and customize PMGM functionality according to project scope, including evaluation cycles, periods, stages, templates, evaluation forms, sections, goal setting and cascading where applicable, workflows, permissions, visibility settings, and business rules.


• Plan and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation, key-user support, evidence documentation, and defect resolution.


• Support cutover planning and go-live activities, ensuring configuration readiness, final validations, and effective change communications.


• Troubleshoot business processes, configuration rules, and potential integration issues in collaboration with technical teams.


• Create and maintain project documentation, including test scripts, quick reference guides, training materials, and user adoption resources.


• Train and guide key users, HR analysts, and managers to promote effective solution adoption and support organizational change.


• Coordinate with business departments, IT teams, and external providers to align project dependencies, manage risks, and facilitate solution design decisions.


• Ensure PMGM configurations and processes comply with client HR policies, business requirements, and SAP best practices.


• Contribute to release preparation, upgrades, and regression testing activities when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM), including significant involvement in implementation or rollout projects.


• Strong functional knowledge of PMGM configuration, including performance cycles, evaluation templates, sections, forms, workflows, and business rules.


• Experience gathering business requirements and designing performance management and goal-setting processes.


• Hands‑on experience supporting SIT and UAT, assisting key users, documenting test results, and coordinating defect resolution.


• Functional familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, such as Integration Center, APIs, and connectors, with the ability to support troubleshooting and issue analysis.


• Ability to prepare clear functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, process mappings, test scripts, and evidence records.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.


• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to project delivery.

Preferred qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification.


• Knowledge of additional SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Compensation, or Learning.


• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.


• Experience with system upgrades, release preparation, impact assessments, and regression testing.


• Knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies and goal-management frameworks.


• Experience facilitating functional workshops and delivering training to end users and key stakeholders.
