Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Mid-Level/Senior Qualtrics Consultant based in Brazil to design and deliver Employee Experience solutions. You will configure Qualtrics surveys, dashboards, and reports, align with SAP SuccessFactors, and guide clients through data-driven improvements.

This is a remote, long-term contractor role focused on client-facing delivery, requirements gathering, and training. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to translate business needs into practical Qualtrics

Qualifications

• At least three years of proven experience with Qualtrics in implementation or ongoing support projects.
• Knowledge of Employee Experience principles including the employee journey and active listening.
• Understanding of HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors and applying Qualtrics in this environment.
• Experience designing questionnaires, defining target audiences, configuring surveys, and building dashboards/reports.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to facilitate client discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines.
• Advanced English proficiency.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-Level/Senior Qualtrics Consultant based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced Qualtrics Consultant to design and deliver Employee Experience (EX) solutions that help organizations understand employee feedback and turn insights into meaningful improvements. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify business needs and implement tailored Qualtrics solutions that support the employee journey, from onboarding and development to engagement and offboarding. You will configure surveys, questionnaires, distribution workflows, dashboards, and customized reports to support data-driven decision-making. By analyzing results and identifying trends, you will help clients develop actionable recommendations and improve the overall employee experience. You will also collaborate with teams working on SAP SuccessFactors to align functional requirements and integration needs. This is a remote, long-term contractor opportunity for a professional who combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong client-facing skills.

Accountabilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements, translating business objectives into effective Qualtrics Employee Experience solutions.

• Implement, configure, maintain, and support the Qualtrics platform according to project requirements and client needs.

• Design and manage surveys, questionnaires, distribution workflows, audience segmentation, dashboards, and customized reports.

• Develop employee listening initiatives across key stages of the employee journey, including recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.

• Support organizational climate and employee engagement surveys, ensuring feedback is collected and structured effectively.

• Analyze survey results, identify trends and insights, and present recommendations to help clients define, implement, and monitor improvement plans.

• Support the application of Qualtrics solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors environment, coordinating functional requirements and integration needs with relevant teams.

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions, solution validation meetings, and client presentations in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Prepare functional documentation, guide users, and deliver training and support to promote effective platform adoption.

• Follow best practices for data access, confidentiality, and the responsible handling of employee survey responses.

• Manage multiple client requests and project activities while maintaining delivery quality, organization, and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

• At least three years of proven experience working with Qualtrics in implementation, configuration, or ongoing support projects, with autonomy appropriate to a mid-level or senior role.

• Knowledge of Employee Experience principles, including the employee journey, continuous listening, organizational climate, employee engagement, and translating feedback into improvement initiatives.

• Understanding of HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors and the ability to identify opportunities to apply Qualtrics in this environment.

• Practical experience designing questionnaires, defining target audiences, configuring surveys, and building dashboards and reports.

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify meaningful patterns, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate client discussions and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• A proactive, client-oriented approach and the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience delivering Employee Experience projects using Qualtrics integrated with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Functional knowledge of additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.

• Advanced English proficiency.
