Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Mid-Level/Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant based in Brazil, for a fully remote, long-term contractor role. You will manage AMS, incidents, and EC configurations, and work with clients to optimize HR processes and integrations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, document configurations, and support release updates while maintaining SAP standards. English proficiency is preferred; SAP EC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-Level/Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support and enhance HR technology solutions through application management services (AMS). In this role, you will handle support requests, investigate incidents, and implement system improvements to ensure reliable, efficient HR operations. You will configure and maintain Employee Central functionality, troubleshoot integrations, and align system processes with business requirements and SAP best practices. Working closely with clients, end users, and internal technical teams, you will help resolve challenges and deliver continuous improvements. You will also contribute to release updates, rollouts, documentation, and user training to strengthen system adoption and performance. This is a fully remote, long-term contractor opportunity for a professional with strong functional expertise, analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Accountabilities

• Provide application management services (AMS) for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module, ensuring reliable system operation and alignment with client business needs.

• Receive, analyze, prioritize, and resolve user support requests, incidents, and system-related issues.

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Employee Central functionality based on business requirements and established best practices.

• Implement system improvements and parameterization changes to optimize HR processes and system performance.

• Troubleshoot integrations and business process issues, working with relevant technical teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.

• Support SuccessFactors release updates, system enhancements, and rollout activities.

• Document technical and functional solutions, incident resolutions, system corrections, and customizations.

• Analyze HR processes, organizational structures, and business rules to ensure appropriate system configuration and process alignment.

• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage support requests, and coordinate solution delivery.

• Guide and train end users when necessary, helping them understand system functionality and adopt improved processes.

• Ensure HR processes and Employee Central configurations remain aligned with SAP standards and applicable business requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).

• Hands-on experience providing application management services (AMS), including incident management, troubleshooting, and user support.

• Knowledge of Employee Central configuration, parameterization, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, including Integration Center, APIs, and connectors.

• Understanding of HR processes, organizational structures, and related business rules.

• Ability to map business processes, analyze functional requirements, and translate them into appropriate system solutions.

• Experience preparing technical and functional documentation for configurations, improvements, and issue resolutions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Good organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple support requests and activities.

Preferred qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.

• Knowledge of additional SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Recruitment, Performance & Goals, or Compensation.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

• Experience participating in Employee Central implementation or rollout projects.

• Previous experience delivering AMS services for large organizations or within consulting environments.

• Ability to facilitate presentations, workshops, and discussions with clients and stakeholders.
