YU HANG BUILDER PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects on site in the Região Norte, Brazil. You will supervise subcontractors, workers, and site activities, ensuring progress, safety, and quality on each phase of the project.

The role involves coordinating with architects and engineers, communicating updates to clients and stakeholders, and maintaining documentation and records for compliance and timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Tools Box Meeting & Site Meeting Site Walk.
• Supervising construction projects from start to finish.
• Supervising subcontractors and construction workers.
• Manage Workers Time Sheet and Overtime Control.
• Keeping compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Monitoring construction progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and any issues that arise.
• Manage Workers WSH Training and CET Renewal.
• Conducting site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets standards and specifications.
• Ensuring the timely delivery and availability of materials and equipment during construction.
• Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
