Responsibilities:

1. Understand the project pipeline within the industry to prepare for the bid phase.
2. Understand industry needs and set targets for Commodity Managers.
3. Secure focus and agreements on critical and long lead-time products.
4. Handle change orders during the execution phase and secure the lowest Total Cost.
5. Benchmark nominated suppliers with AL preferred Suppliers and search for alternative supplier opportunities to stay competitive on specific projects, in close cooperation with the project manager.
6. Be responsible for securing bank guarantees and performance guarantees.
7. Lead interface meetings with industry representatives.
