We are looking for an outstanding DevOps Tech Lead to join BairesDev’s Research & Development Team (R&D).

Our R&D team is a crucial part of our technology solutions that generate millions in revenue every year. The team faces various challenges, including Data analysis, Machine Learning, Desktop, and web developments, with new projects emerging daily to foster innovation.

The R&D area is the most interesting and challenging part of the company. While BairesDev is composed of talented professionals, this team includes individuals with extensive experience and above-average intellectual and creative levels.

What You Will Do:

1. Lead the team responsible for infrastructure migration to IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
2. Build and deploy monitoring and alerting systems across our infrastructure.
3. Complete migration to CI/CD deployment model.
4. Support integration projects with third-party services (Payment Rails, SMS/Email, KYC, Analytics, etc.).
5. Build, maintain, and own InfoSec compliance efforts by implementing appropriate processes and standards.

Here’s what we are looking for:

1. Experience with SQL and NoSQL Databases.
2. Experience with Microservices and Cloud technologies.
3. Advanced knowledge of algorithms.
4. IT infrastructure knowledge.
5. Intermediate skills in agile methodologies management.
6. Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
7. 7+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
8. Knowledge of Design Patterns.
9. Experience developing complete applications from scratch.
10. Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines.
11. Strong experience with Version Control systems.
12. Experience with Unit testing, integration testing, and ensuring code coverage.
13. Advanced English proficiency.
