Noovid is seeking a proactive creator-commmunity leader to join our remote team. You will be the voice of the brand to creators, shaping their experience from onboarding to ongoing engagement.

You will build and moderate spaces for discussion, learning, and collaboration, while delivering activations that inspire participation and visibility. You will craft announcements, guidelines, and a compelling Creator Academy that helps creators level up.

Qualificações

• Experience building communities, academies, ambassador programs, or creator functions.
• Natural host who engages participants and encourages participation.
• Strong writing for announcements, guidelines, and messaging that keeps creators engaged.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of Noovid to creators and advocate for them inside the company.
• Build, run and moderate community spaces where creators learn and get answers without waiting for us.
• Run activations like challenges, campaigns, lives, and creator spotlights.
• Build the Noovid Creator Academy with training and examples to elevate creators from approved to genuinely good.
• Run creator recognition programs, awards, rankings, and visibility for great work.
• Write announcements and guidelines, and make decisions when a case falls outside them.
• Bring feedback to product, marketing, and operations teams.

Thousands of creators run their career through Noovid: applying, onboarding, delivering for thousands of brands. They get work, they get paid, they get answers when something breaks. What they don't have yet is somewhere to belong.

You build that, and you represent them. Inside Noovid you're the creator's voice in the room. Outside, you're the face they associate with the brand — the announcements, the lives, the community space, the DMs.

The job is to make being a Noovid creator an experience instead of a transaction: challenges, awards, creator spotlights, an academy that makes people better, perks worth bragging about. Done well, Noovid stops being where creators pick up jobs and becomes where their career happens.

What you'll do

• Be the face of Noovid to creators, and their voice inside Noovid
• Build, run and moderate the community spaces where creators ask, learn, and get answers without waiting on us
• Run activations worth showing up for: challenges, seasonal campaigns, lives, creator spotlights
• Build the Noovid Creator Academy: the training and examples that take creators from approved to genuinely good
• Run creator recognition: awards, rankings, and the programs that make great work visible
• Write the announcements and guidelines, and make the call when a case falls outside them
• Bring what you hear back to product, marketing and ops

What we're looking for

• Experience in community, creator programs — we care about what you've built, not how many years it took
• You've built a community, an academy, an ambassador program, or a creator function
• You're a natural host: you like being in front of people and you make others want to participate
• You're a strong writer: announcements, guidelines, and the message that keeps a creator on side
• You stay calm and consistent when a situation is personal or ambiguous
• You're fluent in English. It's our working language

Your first six months

• Know the creator base: who thrives, and what makes the difference
• Stand up the first real community space and the onboarding behind a great first delivery
• Ship the first Creator Academy
• Launch your first activations and show us what they moved

Bonus points

• You've been/are a creator yourself, or you work with UGC daily
• Portuguese or Spanish
