• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales KPIs
• Prepare and maintain dashboards and periodic reports with performance analysis by sales executive, cluster, and service
• Identify deviations and propose action plans with the team
• Consolidate and process data to generate integrated views
• Develop Excel models and BI tools (Power BI or similar) to support commercial decision-making
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive movements
• Support sales executives with information, analyses, and materials for client meetings
• Structure and organize customer, contract, and demand databases
• Participate in pricing processes, revenue simulations, and customer-level profitability analyses
• Map bottlenecks in commercial workflows and propose process improvements
• Standardize reporting and analytical methodologies for the department

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields
• Advanced Excel skills
• Power BI or equivalent BI tool
