Jobtailor is seeking a Commercial Analyst to oversee market activities, budgets, and performance metrics. You will support product management, channel teams, and the sales force, and plan field research routes to drive strategic initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 6 months of experience, with a focus on budgeting, analytics, and collaboration across departments. This position is based in Brazil and offers opportunities to impact commercial outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Control and analyze commercial activities implemented in the market, including the budget.
• Update and maintain tracking/monitoring spreadsheets.
• Provide support to product management, channel teams, and the sales force.
• Plan and organize field research routes.
• Conduct meetings with the commercial team and other departments as needed.
• Calculate and provide sales targets and commercial incentives to improve execution.
• Send performance data to Market Intelligence for commission and incentive payments.
• Control and review execution processes and strategies in partnership with the responsible committee.
• Maintain and update systems managed by the department.
• Conduct studies as directed by the manager.
• Participate in strategic projects for the area.
• Perform other related activities at the manager's discretion.
