We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Commercial Training Manager who is passionate about empowering our sales team. The ideal candidate is not only energetic but also strategic, with a proven ability to design and implement impactful training solutions that drive performance and growth.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales leaders and the Strategy team to enhance the effectiveness of our salesforce, creating programs that address both immediate needs and long-term development goals. You will play a key role in driving the success of the commercial team by developing comprehensive training programs, crafting innovative learning materials, and ensuring that our teams are fully equipped to excel in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
