About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, results-driven Commercial Training Manager passionate about empowering our sales team. You will design and implement impactful training solutions, collaborate with sales leaders and the Strategy team, and develop programs to enhance salesforce effectiveness.

This role offers a chance to make a significant impact by continuously seeking new strategies, analyzing performance, and implementing solutions to elevate sales team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify training gaps and design targeted programs.
  • Lead the training team to create standardized training initiatives.
  • Develop leadership and management skills within the sales team.
  • Drive cultural transformation within the sales team.
  • Plan and manage annual training calendars and budgets.
  • Assess training effectiveness and report on progress.
  • Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
  • Analyze ongoing training needs and adapt programs accordingly.
  • Design flexible training formats for accessibility.
  • Support operational training needs in real-time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business strategies.
  • Measure and optimize training outcomes using KPIs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 8+ years in Learning & Development, with experience in building and executing training programs.
  • 5+ years managing LMS platforms.
  • 3+ years leading a training team in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience designing training strategies across regions or countries.
  • Background in leadership development and sales training.
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English and adaptable to changing business needs.
