Responsibilities:
- Create Campaign Framework: Define campaign targets and timelines, propose campaign themes/key selling points (KSPs), set overall targets and budgets, derive actionable targets, and delegate responsibilities to the appropriate persons in charge (PICs).
- Market and Competition Analysis: Continuously track market trends, monitor competitor activities, gather input from sellers and buyers, and apply best practices from other countries/regions to build information libraries and identify new growth opportunities.
- Insights Creation: Combine internal data, market research, and seller/buyer input to generate meaningful insights that drive new growth opportunities or improve efficiency.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the center of expertise to collaborate with the Marketing Team (Branding/Media), IP Campaigns, and other cross-functional teams (including R&D tech) to co-develop cohesive and effective campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in growth/demand, strategic planning (S&P), or consulting. Experience in forecasting, building projections, and campaign planning is required.
- Self-driven: Ability to work in an ambiguous environment, self-motivate, and perform under pressure with tight project deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude when dealing with setbacks. Must be independent yet capable of teamwork.
- Language: Proficiency in English and native Portuguese fluency is required.
- Location Requirement: Must be able to work in-person in Brazil for 70% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management: Excellent project management and execution skills, including creating timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating teams to meet objectives.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively convey marketing plans and strategies to internal and external stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and apply learning iterations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborative Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including internal departments (Marketing, Creators, Merchants, PR, GR, CSR, Legal, FinTech, Logistics, Industry Team) and Regional Teams (Marketing, Product).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all marketing materials are accurate, campaign setups are timely, and execution is error-free.
