About the role:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing & Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing campaigns while managing the daily flow of projects across the department. This hybrid role combines campaign execution with project management—perfect for someone who thrives on strategy, structure, and results.

Who you are / What you bring:

As the central point of coordination within the team, you’ll ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned, prioritized, and completed on time. You’ll work cross-functionally to develop campaign timelines, assign tasks, track performance, and hold the team accountable to key deliverables. This is a high-impact role that plays a critical part in shaping the success of our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, digital, and print channels.
• Own the campaign calendar and collaborate with stakeholders to align launches with business priorities.
• Work with team members to ensure campaign creative and messaging is on-brand and on-target.
• Track campaign performance and assist in post-campaign reporting and insights.

Team & Project Management

• Lead weekly department meetings to review project status, set priorities, and resolve roadblocks.
• Maintain a centralized project management system (e.g., Asana, Trello, or ClickUp).
• Assign tasks clearly and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage bandwidth and capacity planning across marketing team members.
• Enforce accountability and drive execution through clear communication and process discipline.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of contact for marketing requests from other departments (sales, product, operations, etc.).
• Ensure all requests are vetted, scheduled, and prioritized appropriately based on strategic value.

Optimization & Reporting

• Analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
• Work with the marketing director to establish KPIs for the team and individual projects.
• Recommend improvements to workflow, collaboration, and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a project or campaign management role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities—able to manage up, down, and sideways.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as email marketing tools, CRMs, ad managers, and social scheduling tools.
• Experience using project management software and maintaining timelines across multiple projects.
• Analytical mindset with a love for process and structure.

• Experience in healthcare, medical products, or wellness industries.
• Background working with in-house creative teams.
