Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns focused on conversion and audience engagement.
• Define and monitor performance metrics, analyzing data and KPIs for continuous strategy improvement.
• Develop and implement efficient sales funnels, optimizing the customer journey.
• Prepare and analyze campaign performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and align projects with national and international advertising agencies to ensure brand communication consistency.
• Research market trends and new strategies to optimize campaign results.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure integration between marketing and lead conversion.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
• Advanced or fluent English (mandatory).
• Proven experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of sales funnel management and customer journey optimization.
• Strong skills in managing and aligning with national and international advertising agencies.
• Analytical and results-oriented profile.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the legal or international consulting sector.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, RD Station, etc.).
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar.
