Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a seasoned Cloud Operations Leader to run the Cloud Business Unit, drive performance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You will set priorities, guide cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure deliverables meet SLAs in a fast-paced tech distribution context.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, change leadership, and ability to influence multiple teams across sales, post-sales, legal, and partners to simplify and automate processes.

Qualificações

Experience leading operational teams.
Experience in cloud ecosystem operations, preferably at technology distributors, manufacturers or companies that work with channels and partners.
Strong analytical skills and experience managing operational metrics.
Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary processes.
Excellent communication and the ability to influence different areas and align multiple stakeholders.
Organized, proactive, resilient and solution-oriented.
Comfortable leading change and driving process improvements.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.

Responsabilidades

Lead the team responsible for operating the Cloud Business Unit, developing people, monitoring performance and promoting a high-performance culture.
Define priorities, assign tasks and monitor team productivity.
Ensure SLAs are met and the quality of the area\'s deliverables.
Monitor operational indicators, analyze deviations and drive action plans to improve results.
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and standardize processes.
Work collaboratively with Sales, Pre-sales, Post-sales, Credit, Collections, Legal, Portfolio, as well as manufacturers and business partners.
Quickly resolve operational challenges, supporting the team in decision-making and ensuring continuity of operations.
Develop the team through feedback, performance tracking, Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and training initiatives.
Contribute to the evolution of the area\'s tools, processes and routines, strengthening a culture of continuous improvement.
