Responsibilities

Team Introduction: The Client Solutions team is responsible for leading the development of TikTok’s commercial strategy in Brazil, ensuring full alignment with the company’s global directives while adapting them to the specific needs and dynamics of the local market. Our scope includes the governance of key strategic growth pillars, performance metric management, product adoption monitoring, and consolidation of strategic insights to support executive decision‑making. We also work closely with cross‑functional and sales teams to foster a performance‑driven culture, accelerate product education, and ensure that TikTok’s solutions meet client business goals.

As a Client Solutions Intern, you will:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal dashboards.
• Monitor key performance metrics and build new reporting views.
• Support internal control processes and data organization.
• Provide day‑to‑day support across key operational and strategic tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for clear, accurate, and structured reporting.
• Assist in executing operational and financial workflows (e.g., budget tracking, purchase orders, internal documentation).
• Participate in office‑hours sessions to support the sales team by answering questions and clarifying product‑related metrics.
• Help prepare strategic materials and analytical reports for business reviews and leadership forums.

As an engaging short‑term project intern, you will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. You must be able to commit to at least a three‑month internship period.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with interest in metrics, performance tracking, and business strategy.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, charts).
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and organization.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and cross‑functional environment.
