Job summary

Unisys Brasil is seeking a senior program manager to lead large, complex, geographically expansive client implementations from Brasília and beyond. You will partner with Service Delivery to meet schedules and resolve technical and operational problems, ensuring successful planning, implementation and execution of contracted services.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in management or IT, with experience in software development and maintenance project management, contract and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a certificate or extension course in management, focused on administration or information technology.
• Experience in Software Development and Maintenance Project Management, preferably with agile teams.
• Experience in Contract and Service Management activities
• People Management.
• Experience in IT projects, infrastructure, delivery of application services.
• English level B2 (Mandatory)).

Responsibilities

• Leads large, complex and geographically expansive client implementations.
• Establishes, leads and partners with the Service Delivery organization to meet schedules and resolve technical and operational problems.
• Ensures the successful planning, implementation and execution of contracted services by meeting cost, governance, performance, quality, innovation and value requirements.
• Participating in contract and account governance.
• Developing or co-developing annual review of service level agreements.
• Effectively interprets complex business requirements and uses them to design and execute improved client solutions.
• Proactively communicates industry and company insights and opportunities.
• Establishes credibility with clients as a senior thought partner who can help solve their process, operational or technical needs.
• Provides operational and risk management strategies across accounts and ensures these are adapted and applied by service delivery teams.
