This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working researchers, academics, and industry chemists who want meaningful, intellectually engaging work on their own schedule. No prior AI experience needed — just deep chemistry expertise and a passion for rigorous problem-solving.

Who You Are

• Hold a Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field


• Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry

• Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch the errors others miss


• Strong written communicator who can explain complex ideas with precision and clarity


• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows


• Familiarity with molecular modelling, reaction mechanisms, or materials chemistry at a research level


• Background in academic publishing, peer review, or technical writing


• Experience mentoring, tutoring, or designing curriculum in chemistry
