HRS’ Lodging as a Service (LaaS) and Meetings as a Service (MaaS) platforms combines ProcureTech, TravelTech and FinTech solutions across transient lodging, meetings, groups, workforce accommodations and payment.

Founded in 1972, HRS works with 35 percent of the global Fortune 500, as well as leading hotel chains and payment providers worldwide. Through technology, data and deep industry expertise, HRS helps corporate customers optimize cost, performance, sustainability and traveler experience.

POSITION

The Chain Account Manager (all genders) is responsible for the performance and development of an assigned portfolio of regional and global hotel chains across North America.

The position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, with responsibility for regional and global hotel chain partnerships across North America.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. Working within the broader Americas Supplier Solutions strategy, the Program Manager translates strategic priorities into concrete initiatives with assigned chain partners and owns their execution and results.

A key part of the role is hands‑on performance management and operational problem‑solving. The Program Manager uses data to identify performance gaps, engages the right stakeholders within the chain and HRS, and drives corrective actions through to resolution.

As the primary HRS contact for assigned chains in North America, the Program Manager builds relationships across the partner organization – from operational teams to senior leadership – and leverages those relationships to improve performance, implement HRS initiatives and create sustainable value for our corporate customers, chain partners and HRS.

The role covers the end‑to‑end HRS Stay − Work − Pay value proposition and reports directly to the VP Supplier Solutions Americas.

CHALLENGE
Own chain performance and execution
  • Manage the performance of an assigned portfolio of regional and global hotel chains across North America.
  • Translate Americas Supplier Solutions priorities into clear partner‑specific action plans and drive their execution.
  • Monitor chain and property‑level KPIs, identify performance gaps and prioritize where action is required.
  • Investigate operational issues, identify root causes and mobilize the appropriate chain and HRS stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Drive resolution of issues related to areas such as availability, rates, content, connectivity, payment and service performance, engaging individual properties when needed.
  • Maintain ownership of open actions through completion and measure whether interventions deliver the expected improvement.
Drive strategic and commercial initiatives
  • Execute strategic initiatives with assigned chains across the HRS portfolio.
  • Drive chain participation in sourcing and RFP initiatives and support the implementation of agreed conditions across participating properties.
  • Accelerate adoption and implementation of HRS solutions, commercial models and new initiatives within assigned chains.
  • Prepare and conduct commercial discussions and negotiations within the overall Americas supplier strategy and commercial framework.
  • Understand partner economics and identify opportunities to create incremental value for HRS customers, chain partners and HRS.
  • Bring chain insights, recurring issues and market developments back into the broader Americas Supplier Solutions strategy.
Build effective chain partnerships
  • Build strong relationships across assigned chain organizations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each chain’s organization, priorities and operating model to navigate it effectively and accelerate execution.
  • Position HRS as a trusted, pragmatic and value‑creating partner through strong business understanding, responsiveness and delivery.
  • Act as the primary HRS contact for assigned chains in North America, coordinating internal experts and global stakeholders as required.
