About the role:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank, and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

What you will be doing:

1. Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency.
2. Selecting hardware, software, and vendors.
3. Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct.

What you will need:

1. Knowledge of the financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
2. A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience – Master’s degree is desirable.
