Qualificações

  • 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Business Services, Customer Service, Insurance, Financial Services, or related environments.
  • Experience supporting business processes and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exposure to process management, operational controls, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data and operational indicators.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Support business teams with day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
  • Review, analyze, and process documentation in accordance with internal procedures and quality standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
  • Monitor operational requests and follow up on pending actions to ensure service level commitments are met.
  • Maintain and strengthen operational processes, controls, and governance practices.
  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Prepare reports, data analysis, and operational metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to process redesign and implementation of best practices.
  • Support system enhancements by gathering business requirements, participating in testing activities, and validating new functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

About the Role.

The Business Services Analyst is responsible for supporting daily business operations, managing administrative and operational processes, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal controls, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support business teams with day-to-day operational and administrative activities;
  • Review, analyze, and process documentation in accordance with internal procedures and quality standards;

  • 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Business Services, Customer Service, Insurance, Financial Services, or related business environments;
  • Experience supporting business processes and working with multiple stakeholders;
  • Exposure to process management, operational controls, or continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data and operational indicators;
  • Experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and business process management;
  • Experience with workflow management and operational procedures;
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives;
  • Experience with internal controls, governance, and operational support activities;
  • Power BI knowledge is considered an advantage;
  • Intermediate English (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus;
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Insurance, or related fields.
