Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in São Paulo is seeking a Billing and Issuance Specialist for Transport. You will support brokers and underwriters, handle billing tasks, and ensure efficient issuance of transport-related policies.

You will analyze documents, liaise with brokers, and contribute to workflow improvements while maintaining a customer-focused service mindset. Strong teamwork and communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in Insurance, Operations, or Underwriting.
• General knowledge of insurance products and processes.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Insurance, Operations, or Underwriting.
• General knowledge of insurance products and processes.
• Experience interacting with brokers and/or insurance companies.
• Understanding of workflow and operational processes.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Intermediate English and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Insurance Management, Actuarial Science, or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.
