Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, based in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a Business Services Associate to support agricultural insurance operations, ensuring accurate policy issuance, smooth processes, and excellent customer experience.

You will work across a range of operational activities, contribute to process improvements, and build deep expertise in rural insurance space within a collaborative agro team.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance, customer service, operations, or underwriting
• Knowledge of Rural/Agricultural Insurance — familiarity with products and regulatory environment
• Proficiency in the Office Package — Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with Brokers and/or Insurance Companies
• General knowledge across insurance disciplines — in operations or underwriting

Responsabilidades

• Issue policies and endorsements accurately and in line with regulatory and compliance standards
• Manage operational processes and internal controls, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks
• Handle complex, non-standardized processes, triaging priorities and delivering effective solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze workflows and propose meaningful improvements
• Represent Operations in projects, meetings, and development programs
• Support systems development by defining business requirements and participating in testing activities

About the Role

As a Business Services Associate, you'll be at the heart of our agricultural insurance operations — ensuring that policies are issued accurately, processes run smoothly, and our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

1–3 years of experience in insurance, customer service, operations, or underwriting

Knowledge of Rural/Agricultural Insurance — familiarity with products and the regulatory environment

Proficiency in the Office Package — Excel, Word, and Outlook

Experience with Brokers and/or Insurance Companies

General knowledge across insurance disciplines — in operations or underwriting

These are additional nice to haves:

Power BI experience for data visualization and reporting

Customer service orientation — commitment to internal and external stakeholder needs

Academic background in Business Administration, Accounting, Insurance Management, or Actuarial Science

Analytical mindset — ability to assess situations and propose practical improvements

Adaptability — comfortable managing shifting priorities with a positive attitude

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
