Swiss Re Corporate Solutions in Brazil seeks an Operations professional to support underwriting, billing and issuance, while assisting brokers and the underwriting team. This role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline and strong collaboration to deliver high-quality service.

You will analyze documents, manage workflows, run routine controls, and help implement improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience across the team.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in Insurance, Operations, or Underwriting.
• General knowledge of insurance products and processes.
• Experience interacting with brokers and/or insurance companies.
• Understanding of workflow and operational processes.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Intermediate English and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Insurance Management, Actuarial Science, or related fields.

About the Role

Responsible for billing and issuance of Transport, support to brokers and underwriters.

Requirements
