How you will contribute

• Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on global and local policy and change initiatives, understanding their impacts.
• Collaborate with function leads and middle managers on functional priorities and strategic guidance.
• Utilize data analytics to inform business decisions and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Lead talent management practices, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Build capabilities that foster consumer-centric growth and operational excellence.
• Manage works council relations, ensuring labor policy compliance.
• Consult on overhead management.
