Job Description

You will be a trusted partner to managers to drive strategic growth and will coach and challenge them to drive workforce performance, providing support in areas of talent, employee engagement, and change management. You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR leaders to interpret business requirements.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on defining and executing global and local policies and change initiatives, understanding their impacts.
  • Collaborate with function leads and middle managers to create and deliver functional priorities and plans, providing strategic guidance.
  • Leverage data analytics to drive business solutions and decisions, support operational processes, and translate insights into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Keep People Services informed of local legal and regulatory changes.
  • Lead and advise on talent management practices within the assigned business unit, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning, and talent mobility. Approve job requisitions.
  • Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence.
  • Manage works council relations and guide HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements.
  • Consult on overhead management.
