4flow AG in Brazil is offering a Business Intelligence Intern position. You will support our BI team in transforming data into actionable insights and gradually take responsibility for BI development tasks.

Join a highly international environment and work with Tableau, Excel and other visualization tools, while learning BI best practices and standards through hands-on activities and internal training.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics or comparable field.
• Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning.
• Enjoy working with data and solving structured problems.
• Curious, proactive and motivated to learn new tools and concepts.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• English skills at minimum B1/B2 level; comfortable in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance and improvement of BI dashboards and reports.
• Assist with data preparation, validation and quality checks.
• Help structure and maintain reports, KPIs and supporting documentation.
• Support recurring operational activities and maintenance of BI solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting dashboards and data-related issues.
• Contribute to automation and simplification of recurring manual activities.
• Work with Excel, Tableau and other data/visualization tools.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from different functions and countries.

What your new challenge will look likeAs a Business Intelligence Intern, you will support our BI team in transforming data into clear, reliable and actionable information.You will work closely with experienced team members and gradually take responsibility for operational activities and selected BI development tasks.
