Salesforce.com, inc. in São Paulo is seeking a Business Development Representative for the LATAM region, aligned with the Informatica product. You will uncover business needs to build a pipeline, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and hand off qualified opportunities to Sales.
An emphasis is placed on customer experience, campaign alignment, and ongoing market knowledge. The role requires 1–2 years in business development or sales, energy, creativity, and proficiency with corporate tools.
The Business Development Representative will have the responsibility of uncovering business needs to build a pipeline for the sales organization. You will collaborate with the program manager to build campaigns and prospects, to develop to the point of handoff for Sales. The BDR will be knowledgeable about ongoing and upcoming marketing campaigns to increase conversions. An implicit responsibility of the BDR is to conduct business dealings with prospects in a way that builds an outstanding customer/prospect experience.
In this role, you will be specifically aligned with the Informatica product.
