Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Prospecting: Identify, reach out to, and engage potential B2B clients via cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Lead Qualification: Manage the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and move them through the funnel efficiently.
• Sales Execution: Book and lead sales meetings, deliver compelling pitches, and convert prospects into Cali clients.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of trends, identify opportunities, and refine outreach strategies to maximize impact.
• CRM Management: Track and optimize sales performance using data-driven insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and impeccable service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client success in financial services, ideally payments.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
• Strategic thinker eager to tackle challenges and execute solutions.

• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
