Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies focused on prospecting, client retention, and portfolio expansion.
- Lead high-level negotiations with key accounts, structuring complex and customized commercial proposals.
- Act consultatively with clients, identifying specific needs and proposing value-added solutions.
- Map market trends, competitors, and opportunities to anticipate demands and strategically position the company.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic clients, fostering trust and partnership.
- Support the development of new foreign exchange products by identifying portfolio gaps and innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of proposed commercial solutions.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s degree completed;
- Fluent English is mandatory – frequent use in negotiations and documentation with international clients;
- Previous experience in financial sector companies, especially payment institutions and BaaS (Banking as a Service);
- Proven ability to negotiate with strategic clients and large companies, particularly Middle Market and/or Corporate profiles;
- Analytical mindset and market insight to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging demands;
- Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and strong results orientation;
- Experience with foreign exchange products will be considered a valuable asset;
- Availability to work 100% on-site in São Paulo / Av. Paulista.
