Ebury Porto Alegre is hiring a Graduate Business Developer / FX Sales Associate to join our dynamic fintech team. Based in our Porto Alegre office, you’ll begin a fast-track sales career with expert training and mentorship, while earning uncapped commissions as you help clients trade globally.

You’ll receive a structured development program designed to accelerate your career and progress toward leadership roles in FX and client management. Portuguese fluency and business English are key.

Qualificações

• Enthusiastic, highly motivated recent graduate.
• Desire or experience working in B2B sales or a client-facing environment.
• No prior FX experience? We prioritise potential and provide a comprehensive training program.
• Fluency in the local language and business-level English.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and how global trade works.
