Ebury São Paulo is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our hybrid office. You will manage monthly close, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver financial statements and CADOCs for Brazil and international operations.

The role requires COSIF, CPC, IFRS knowledge and experience in financial entities, with advanced English. A MBA is a plus. We offer mentorship, competitive starting salary, and a generous benefits package.

Responsabilidades

• Execute monthly accounting close with accuracy and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare reports per COSIF standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver accounting CADOCs (regulatory data submissions).
• Perform account reconciliations and address discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls for efficiency and compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team.
• Participate in product implementation discussions and design accounting scripts.

Senior Financial Accountant

EburySão Paulo Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

What you’ll do

• Execute monthly accounting close, ensuring the integrity and compliance of information andpreparation of financial statements and reports;
• Prepare reports and analyses according to COSIF (Central Bank of Brazil rules) standards, ensuringcompliance with regulatory requirements;
• Deliver accounting CADOCs (regulatory data submissions);
• Perform account reconciliations, identifying and correcting discrepancies;
• Support internal and external audits;
• Contribute to improvements in accounting processes and internal controls, aiming for greater efficiency and compliance
• Provide technical support and guidance to the team
• Participating in meetings of new products to understand the process of implementations anddesign of accounting script of operations;
• Analysis and monitoring of regulatory risks;
• Performing reports on risks and operational limits at Central Bank;
• The professional will be working on financial entities

What you’ll need

• Bachelor of accounting
• Knowledge of legislation according to Central Bank of Brazil (COSIF, Resolutions, NormativeInstructions, Circulation letters)
• Knowledge of local accounting rules (CPC)
• Knowledge of international accounting rules (IFRS)
• Having worked in financial entities
• Advanced English level (speaking)
• Master Business Administrations will be a differential
• Knowledge with automation tools will be a differential.
