Department: Engagement & Commercial | Location: Remote (Brazil) | Reports To: Head of Engagement & Commercial, Brazil
At Volis, we put AI into operation. Most companies are still stuck in experimentation — testing chatbots, running isolated demos, debating AI internally. We do the harder, more valuable thing: we build operational AI agents that plug directly into our clients' core operations, connected to their real data, systems, and workflows, generating measurable business impact. We are a fast-growing AI consultancy partnering with enterprises across multiple industries — from construction and logistics to financial services and industry — bringing order to chaos.
We are looking for a Business Associate to join our Brazil team and work directly with the Head of Engagement & Commercial Brazil.
This is a client-facing role for someone with strong business acumen, analytical thinking, executive communication skills, and the ability to lead projects from problem definition to execution. You won't be building slideware that sits in a drawer: you will work on AI projects that genuinely move the business — AI solutions that go directly into our clients' operations and generate real, measurable value. AI that operates, not just analyzes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to structure business challenges, identify value levers, and ensure successful delivery.
Professionals with backgrounds in consulting, banking, strategy, business analytics, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Both are considered strong differentiators but are not mandatory.
