Jobgether, partnering with a Brazil-based organization, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to shape digital product solutions for public-sector management and financial operations. You will translate complex requirements into actionable specs, leverage AI for document analysis, and collaborate with engineering, UX, and clients to drive measurable value in a fully remote setting.

You will drive discovery, backlog prioritization, and PRD creation, while validating deliverables with technical teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with digital products, preferably SaaS/B2B.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specs and PRDs.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban and agile ceremonies.
• Strong ability to read and analyze complex documents (contracts/regulations).

Responsabilités

• Analyze terms of reference, tenders, contracts and other documents to identify requirements, risks and solutions, using AI to summarize information.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand business needs and translate into functional specs.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into product features and processes.
• Use SQL to query and validate data for business diagnostics and decisions.
• Create and maintain PRDs with clear problems, objectives, rules, acceptance criteria, and metrics.
• Backlog management and prioritization to ensure clear and actionable user stories.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and act as the main business reference for engineering/UX.
• Present project context and requirements to validate deliverables with technical teams.
• Demonstrate and communicate new product features through release notes and customer communications.
• Serve as primary contact for business-related customer matters and training.
• Support software implementations and remote/on-site training as needed.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Analista de Negócios Sênior based in Brazil.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital product solutions that improve public-sector management and financial operations. You will act as the business reference for a specialized platform supporting co-financed projects and credit operations involving public institutions and financial development partners. Working across product discovery, requirements analysis, and delivery, you will translate complex business needs into clear specifications and actionable development priorities. You will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure every feature delivers measurable value. Artificial intelligence will be an important part of your workflow, helping you analyze complex documents, identify automation opportunities, and improve product capabilities. This fully remote opportunity combines product thinking, analytical problem-solving, and hands‑on execution in an agile, collaborative environment focused on digital innovation and public-sector impact.

Accountabilities:

• Business Discovery and Requirements Analysis: Analyze terms of reference, public tenders, contracts, and other complex documents to identify requirements, risks, and solution alignment, leveraging AI tools to read, compare, and summarize information.
• Customer Discovery and Business Rules: Conduct discovery sessions with clients and subject‑matter experts to understand business needs, map operational requirements, clarify business rules, and validate assumptions before translating them into functional specifications.
• Product Strategy and AI Innovation: Identify opportunities to incorporate artificial intelligence into product features and internal processes, proposing intelligent functionalities, automation initiatives, and improvements that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Data Analysis and Validation: Use SQL to query, analyze, and validate data, supporting business diagnostics, product decisions, and the verification of expected outcomes.
• Product Requirements Documentation: Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) in collaboration with the team, clearly defining problems, objectives, business rules, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Backlog Management and Prioritization: Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clear, actionable, and ready for development.
• Agile Collaboration and Delivery: Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily meetings, weekly syncs, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product reviews, acting as the main business reference for engineering and UX teams.
• Project Alignment and Technical Validation: Present project context, objectives, and requirements at the beginning of each initiative. Collaborate with technical teams and clients to validate deliverables against specifications and keep delivery documentation up to date.
• Product Launch and Communication: Present new product features through demonstrations, release notes, and communications tailored to customers and internal teams, including sales, customer success, and support.
• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business-related customer matters, helping resolve complex questions involving system usage, project management, and accountability reporting.
• Implementation and Training: Conduct software implementations, user training, and assisted operations, both remotely and on‑site when required, ensuring successful adoption and effective use of product capabilities.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging technologies and AI applications, identifying opportunities to improve processes, product functionality, customer experiences, and business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Relevant Professional Experience: Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst working with digital products, preferably in B2B or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments.
• Product Discovery and Documentation: Practical experience conducting discovery activities, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and writing PRDs or user stories.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban and experience participating in agile team ceremonies, backlog management, and iterative product delivery.
• Complex Document Analysis: Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex documents, including contracts, regulations, public tender documents, and formal requirements.
• SQL and Data Analysis: Intermediate SQL skills for querying and validating data, supporting investigations, and informing product‑related decisions.
• Artificial Intelligence Tools: Hands‑on experience using AI tools in daily work, with an interest in applying AI to document analysis, automation, product development, and process optimization.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, facilitate discussions, present product functionality, explain complex requirements, and conduct training sessions.
• Implementation Experience: Ability to support software implementations and assisted operations, including troubleshooting business‑related issues and helping customers adopt new functionalities.
• Travel Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site implementations, customer training, and related project activities.
• Public Sector and GovTech Knowledge: Familiarity with public‑sector operations, procurement processes, Brazil's Public Procurement Law (Law 14.133), accountability reporting, document management, or electronic administrative processes is a plus.
• Financial Operations Expertise: Experience with credit operations and accountability reporting involving domestic banks or international development institutions is desirable.
• AI Product Development: Experience specifying or launching AI‑powered features involving large language models (LLMs), automation, or AI agents is an advantage.
• Product Management Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools is desirable.
• Professional Mindset: Strong analytical thinking, curiosity about new technologies, ownership of deliverables, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to solving complex business problems.
