What The Day Will Look Like

1. Demand Management: Coordinate and manage the flow of demands.
2. Resource Allocation: Assign developers to demands efficiently, considering the skills and availability of each one.
3. Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor the progress of demands and projects, identifying and resolving possible deviations.
4. Improvement Proposals: Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Development Lifecycle: Have a good understanding of the software development lifecycle to ensure alignment with best practices and solutions.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT environment.
• Experience working in an insurance or banking company (desirable).
• Proven understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Experience with JIRA or other project management tools.
• Experience in resource allocation and management of technical teams.
• Advanced English.
• Experience working with SQL and Power BI.
