Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Coordinator to develop and maintain BIM models for M&E/electrical building services throughout the project lifecycle. You will produce 3D BIM models, shop drawings, and detailed drawings, coordinating with engineers, consultants and site teams to reflect project requirements.

The candidate should have BIM modelling experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and familiarity with Navisworks.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in BIM or a related discipline.
• Experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain BIM models for M&E/electrical building services projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce and update 3D BIM models, shop drawings, layouts and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
• Work closely with project engineers, QS, consultants, contractors and site teams to ensure models accurately reflect project requirements.
• Review design drawings and BIM models to identify clashes, discrepancies and coordination issues.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection and support the team in resolving technical conflicts.
• Prepare BIM-related drawings and documentation for construction, coordination and installation purposes.
• Incorporate design revisions and site changes into BIM models accurately and within project timelines.
• Assist with BIM-based quantity take-offs and measurement where required.
• Coordinate M&E services including electrical, ACMV, fire protection and other building services within BIM environments.
• Support site teams by providing updated models and drawings for installation and coordination.
• Maintain proper BIM files, model versions, drawings and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• For senior-level scope, take ownership of BIM coordination, model quality, clash resolution and guidance of junior BIM team members.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in BIM, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction, Architecture or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in BIM modelling and coordination, preferably within M&E/electrical building services.

• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

• Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination/clash detection will be advantageous.

• Good understanding of M&E services, construction drawings and building services coordination.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts and technical specifications.

• Experience producing BIM models and drawings for construction/installation purposes.

• Good understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination and document control.

• Able to coordinate effectively with engineers, consultants, contractors and site teams.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project deadlines.

• Candidates with stronger BIM coordination experience may be considered for a Senior BIM Coordinator scope.
