A leading BIM company is seeking a BIM MEP Leader who will manage modeling teams and ensure quality control in MEP projects. Required qualifications include advanced English proficiency and a degree in engineering or architecture, alongside extensive experience with Revit and Navisworks. This remote position offers a highly competitive compensation package and various perks such as unlimited PTO and flexible working conditions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with Revit & Navisworks for MEP projects.
• Experience managing teams, focusing on technical coordination and soft management.
• Experience with US-based projects is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Run teams of modelers for specific projects.
• Mentor modelers on software usage and best practices.
• Handle Quality Control within assigned disciplines.

Conhecimentos

A Job Captain is the one who runs the teams of modelers for specific projects. They’re in charge of mentoring the modelers on software usage and best practices, detecting missing information and handling RFI/RFCs, and doing Quality Control within their assigned disciplines. The Job Captain must also be able to do modeling tasks; in fact, they develop excellent models, combining this with the internal management of the modeler’s coordinated actions within the project.

Mandatory Requirements

• Advanced level of English.
• Engineering/Architectural background or degree.
• 5+ years of experience with Revit & Navisworks for MEP projects.
• Experience managing teams, focusing on technical coordination and soft management.
• US Based projects experience (desirable).
• US Based projects experience (desirable).
• Experience with FabParts and LOD 400
