Job summary

A JEM Systems, empresa de Life Safety, busca um BIM Leader para coordenar a equipe de modelagem, assegurar qualidade técnica e cumprir prazos. Você atuará como ponte entre equipes internas e clientes, traduzindo necessidades em diretrizes e garantindo o atendimento aos requisitos dos projetos.

O profissional supervisionará a modelagem BIM de componentes elétricos, dutos e suportes, promovendo melhorias contínuas, treinando a equipe e mantendo padrões alinhados aos objetivos da empresa.

Qualifications

• Formação em engenharia/cin: civil, elétrica ou arquitetura.
• Experiência com modelagem Revit e BIM 360.
• Perfil analítico, atento a detalhes e com atendimento ao cliente.
• Gestão de pessoas e experiência em liderança de equipes.
• Disponibilidade para relocation.

Responsibilities

• Liderar, desenvolver e mentorizar a equipe de BIM Modelers.
• Planejar atividades, distribuir tarefas e monitorar prazos.
• Atuar como interface com clientes, alinhando expectativas.
• Traduzir necessidades do cliente em diretrizes técnicas.
• Supervisionar modelagem de dutos, suportes e dispositivos.
• Garantir qualidade técnica dos modelos e desenhos.
• Coordenar clashes e mudanças solicitadas pelo cliente.

Position Summary

The BIM Leader is responsible for leading the BIM modeling team, ensuring technical excellence, meeting deadlines, and client satisfaction. They act as the main point of contact between the internal team and clients, coordinating demands, aligning expectations, and ensuring that projects are developed according to quality standards, technical requirements, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the BIM Modelers team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and results-oriented environment.
• Plan, distribute, and monitor team activities, ensuring proper resource allocation and adherence to established schedules.
• Acting as the main interface with internal and external clients, conducting alignment meetings, coordinating and monitoring projects.
• Understanding and translating client needs into clear directions for the technical team, ensuring the correct execution of projects.
• Supervising the BIM modeling of conduits, electrical ducts, supports, devices, and other elements according to the executive projects.
• Ensuring the technical quality of the models and drawings produced, performing reviews and validations before delivery.
• Coordinating the identification, analysis, and resolution of clashes, project conflicts, and change requests from clients and other disciplines.
• Providing technical support to the team in solving complex problems and defining best practices for modeling and documentation.
• Developing and implementing BIM processes, standards, and methodologies that promote efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement. Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality indicators, proposing development and optimization actions when necessary.
• Conduct training, mentoring, and performance evaluations, contributing to the technical and professional growth of employees.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet contractual requirements, internal standards, and client expectations.
• Collaborate with managers, coordinators, and other stakeholders for strategic planning and the evolution of the company's BIM services;
• Work 100% on-site.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or similar fields;
• Experience in Revit modeling;
• Experience with cloud-based modeling (BIM 360);
• Analytical profile, commitment, and attention to detail;
• Experience in client interaction;
• Experience in People Management;
• Availability and autonomy for relocation;
• Previous experience with Navisworks (desirable);
• Experience with fire alarms, access control, and/or other low-voltage disciplines (a plus).
