Job summary

Consultores de Empresas seeks an Electrical BIM Modeler to join a team handling complex commercial projects. Responsibilities include modeling electrical systems in Revit, coordinating across disciplines, and performing clash detection using Navisworks/Revizto.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BIM/VDC and electrical project coordination, with Revit as a must and experience in LOD 350-400 models. Remote coordination and collaboration on MEP tasks are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BIM/VDC and construction modeling experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical project coordination.
• Revit mandatory with strong experience in detailed electrical modeling.
• Experience with LOD 350-400 electrical models.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and/or Revizto.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM 360 is a plus.
• Understanding of MEP systems and their integration into modeling workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Good communication and ability to work collaboratively in remote environments.

Responsibilities
