Job summary

UNITED SERVICE CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced BIM professional for coordination across multiple projects in the North Brazil region. The role requires hands-on BIM management using Revit/Bentley/Cadison/Plant 3D, and strong process systems discipline.

The candidate will lead BIM execution planning, client meetings, and coordinate content creation, databases, and standards compliance to deliver BIM at all development levels.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of BIM experience with Revit/Bentley/Cadison/Plant 3D and process systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple project teams across BIM development levels.
• Capable of preparing BIM Execution Plans and enforcing CAD standards per project requirements.
• Experience in attending client meetings and troubleshooting BIM issues across development stages.
• Extensive knowledge in content creation and databases for BIM projects.
• Hands-on experience with BIM software/tools and BIM dimensions/LOD.
• CDE and ACC document management and BIM administration experience.
• Space management and coordination capabilities.
• Mandatory knowledge of process systems discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM execution planning and ensure CAD standards are followed.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate issue resolution across BIM levels.
• Manage and coordinate multiple project teams and BIM content creation.
• Develop and maintain BIM content databases and documentation.
• Ensure BIM models meet project requirements and standards across disciplines.

Experience:

Skill Set :

• * Attending Client Meeting and trouble-shoot all type of Issues faced in each BIM level of development.
• * Must have extensive knowledge in creating various kinds of Content creation & Databases.
• * Hands-on experience in BIM Softwares / BIM LOD / BIM DIMENSIONS.
• * CDE - ACC Document Management & BIM Administration.
• * Space Management & Co ordination.
• * Process systems discipline Knowledge is Mandatory.
