Qualificações

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure that the balances of offshore companies' bank and investment accounts are aligned with bank statements, custody reports, and internal systems.
2. Analyze detailed reports on the financial position of investments, highlighting variations, profits, losses, and risks.
3. Ensure that all transactions comply with applicable local and international regulations.
4. Review and improve reconciliation processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
5. Implement or collaborate on the implementation of technological tools, such as ERP systems or reconciliation software.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, or related fields.
2. Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and specific accounting practices for offshore jurisdictions.
3. Previous experience with the accounting close process for offshore companies, particularly in BVI, Cayman Islands, or other jurisdictions.
4. Experience with ERP accounting systems and financial reconciliation tools.
5. Advanced or fluent English, as reports may involve communication with external parties (auditors, investors, tax authorities).

NICE TO HAVE:

1. Knowledge of international tax regulations and reporting requirements for offshore jurisdiction.
2. Experience with QuickBooks systems.
