Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated benefits operations professional to clarify coverage details, manage limits, and ensure timely processing of benefit changes. You will handle additions, removals, transfers, and portability while logging all interactions in our Itsseg system.

The role requires precise record-keeping and prompt email responses, with a focus on incident reporting and effective communication across teams.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word; basic Excel)
• Experience with benefits operational routines is a plus
• Record all service interactions in Itsseg operational module

Responsabilidades

• Provide clarifications on coverage, limits and deadlines
• Process additions, removals, transfers and portability
• Reply to inquiries received by e-mail within a maximum of 24 business hours from receipt
• Record all service interactions in Itsseg operational module
• Immediately inform coordination of any incidents or relevant information observed during service
