STATS ChipPAC Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on professional to provide Setup & Conversion Support for production equipment, including handler and prober conversions. The role focuses on minimizing downtime through effective troubleshooting and guiding operators in daily operations.

They will monitor equipment performance, escalate issues, and seek continuous improvements to reliability and conversion times, documenting best practices for ongoing optimization.

Qualificações

• NITEC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• Experience with semiconductor test equipment (wafer sort, testers, handlers, probers).
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and conversion in a production setting.
