The Role

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge as an Account Management Partner with Kyndryl? We're looking for a dynamic individual who can revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability. You will create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top executives.

This role involves proactive account growth, selling new offerings, and minimizing erosion in renewals to ensure our largest accounts thrive. You will develop and execute strategic account plans, identify new opportunities, and build relationships with decision-makers to deliver tailored solutions.

You will collaborate with sales teams to manage the entire account lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will lead portfolio or strategic accounts, generate new opportunities, expand existing work, and build a strong pipeline with partners.

Your industry expertise and knowledge of external best practices will help position Kyndryl as a market leader. As an account P&L owner, you will ensure customer satisfaction, account compliance, and uphold our reputation.

  • Experience managing an account P&L
  • Experience in customer acquisition, hunting sales, and end-to-end sales cycles
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
  • Experience with revenue growth, profitability, and risk management
  • Ability to manage budgets for business development
  • Empathetic approach in client relationships
  • Sales experience with technical solutions, cloud transformation, data projects, and cybersecurity
