You will collaborate with sales teams to manage the entire account lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will lead portfolio or strategic accounts, generate new opportunities, expand existing work, and build a strong pipeline with partners.
Your industry expertise and knowledge of external best practices will help position Kyndryl as a market leader. As an account P&L owner, you will ensure customer satisfaction, account compliance, and uphold our reputation.
