Jobtailor seeks a motivated engineering student to support business analyses, CRM enhancements, and strategic planning initiatives. You will prepare meeting materials, organize notes, and track action plans to drive process improvements.

Ideal candidates are engineering undergraduates in the 4th semester or higher, with a willingness to gain hands-on experience in project management and planning. Prior experience is a plus; strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, from the 4th semester onward.
• Previous experience in Project Management and/or Planning will be considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Update the company’s business analyses (e.g., CRM, process efficiency, organizational structure).
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
• Organize meeting notes and prepare follow-up actions to engage colleagues.
• Monitor the implementation of project action plans.
