Staffking Pte Ltd in Brazil’s North region is seeking a Mechanical/Chemical BIM Designer to join our engineering team. You will prepare and update utility system designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and related tools, and develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD, and knowledge of piping layouts and semiconductor facility systems. Experience with Revit and Navisworks is a plus.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience or knowledge in mechanical design, CAD drafting, BIM modelling or engineering design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, chemical utility piping, equipment layouts or semiconductor facility systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and update mechanical and chemical utility system designs using AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit and other relevant design software.
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models based on engineering specifications, design requirements and project information.
• Prepare design deliverables, including construction drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Design and coordinate chemical utility piping layouts, equipment arrangements and related mechanical systems.
• Review drawings and models to identify design clashes and ensure consistency with project specifications.
• Support engineering calculations, material selection, quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders to resolve design and site-related issues.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements to verify site conditions and support design updates.
• Assist with project documentation, technical submissions and other engineering-related tasks.
