AVANTSI SEMITECH PTE. LTD. seeks a senior Electrical/Electronic Engineer to design and develop electrical controls for advanced semiconductor equipment, including PLC and HMI systems, servo motion, and multi-axis automation.

You will lead system integration, debugging, and performance optimization in collaboration with Mechanical, Software, Process, and Manufacturing teams. The role requires a hands-on, independent mindset, extensive experience in semiconductor automation, and proficiency with

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment, automation, or precision machinery.
• Strong experience in PLC, motion control, servo systems, and machine automation.
• Proficient in EPLAN/AutoCAD Electrical and industrial protocols such as EtherCAT,EtherNet/IP, or Profinet.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, independent mindset.
• Semiconductor equipment experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop electrical and control systems for advanced semiconductor equipment.
• Develop electrical schematics, control panels, wiring, safety circuits, PLC and HMI systems.
• Develop servo motion control, multi-axis synchronization, and machine automation.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, vision systems, barcode/RFID, industrial PCs, and fieldbus devices.
• Develop heater and temperature control systems, including PID control.
• Lead system integration, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Process, and Manufacturing teams.
• Support equipment commissioning and overseas projects when required.
