Job summary

RecruitFirst is seeking an Assembly Technician in Brazil's Norte region. You will assemble components and finished products from technical drawings, operate equipment safely, and conduct quality inspections to ensure specifications are met. About the role

As an Assembly Technician, you will play a vital part in maintaining the quality, efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations, directly contributing to the delivery of our products to customers.

What you'll be doing

• Assembling components and finished products according to technical drawings, work instructions and quality standards

• Operating and maintaining assembly equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner

• Performing quality inspections and testing on assembled products to ensure they meet specification requirements

• Identifying and reporting defects or issues with materials, components or processes to supervisors

• Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers, quantities and inspection results

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

• Adhering to all health, safety and environmental procedures and protocols in the workplace

• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and targets

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an Assembly Technician, Assembly Operator or in a similar manufacturing assembly role

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions and specifications accurately

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards

• Manual dexterity and the ability to work with precision tools and equipment

• Experience with assembly machinery and production line processes

• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet production deadlines

• A proactive approach to health and safety practices in the workplace

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
