Job summary

EMLO ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. in Brazil Norte seeks an architectural project coordinator to drive concepts, feasibility, and detailed designs through construction. You will coordinate clients, consultants, and authorities, and help prepare tender docs and site inspections.

The role involves attending site meetings and supporting contract administration, with additional office tasks as assigned. This position is on-site in the North region of Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects from conceptual design, feasibility studies, presentation drawings, detail design until construction.
• Coordinating and liaising with the clients and various consultants and contractors.
• Liaise with Authorities, prepare and make submissions to obtain statutory approval.
• Prepare tender documentation and working drawings
• Attend Site Meetings and follow up on tasks required. Assist in administering contracts and site inspections.
• Any other project or work-related matters assigned by the office
